We cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or not as described. If you feel you are eligible for a return please email us at info@ohso-studio.co.il with a clear description and images of your item.

The buyer also understands that with any purchase of our dyed socks, they all vary in pattern and in color. They therefore understand that they cannot dispute the item as "not as described".

OHAV-Bracelet:
OHAV-Bracelet purchased on the website can be exchanged up to 14 days from the day of receiving the item. If you want to return the item you should contact us via e-mail: info@ohso-studio.com with the receipt copy your full name and the reason why. We will review your request as soon as possible.

The item must be returned unworn, undamaged, unused.
The bracelet box is an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged along with all parts including diamond, design-patented safety setting and closure, durable hypoallergenic elastic wristband.

For a product purchased on sale and/or on sale, an exchange option will be given according to the amount paid for the item at the time of purchase and as shown on the transaction invoice and not the full price value of the product. In case of transaction cancellation and/or exchange and/or mismatch - the shipping costs of the product will be applied to the user only.

In case of cancellation of a transaction after the product has been sent to the customer, a full monetary credit will be given for the purchased item and not for the shipping fees (registered mail/express/couriers). The credit will be made only after receiving the shipment and checking it by Oh-So Studio employees. The credit will be given on the condition that the product is returned without use and/or defect and/or damage. If the product was returned other than as stated in this section, the customer will not be credited (neither a monetary credit nor a credit voucher). It will be clarified that Oh-So Studio has the sole discretion regarding the condition of the returned product.

Any credit will be transferred to the credit card on which the order was made only, and in accordance with the schedules of the credit card company. Upon cancellation of the transaction, the payment method provided by the user will be credited minus a cancellation fee of 5% of the value of the transaction or NIS 100 - whichever is the lower of the two.

Direct cards cannot be credited, therefore Direct card holders are entitled to receive credit on the website only.

It is clarified that no monetary credit will be given for products for which no monetary consideration has been paid, such as promotions or gifts.
